Salone del Mobile.Milano arriving in Riyadh is, in itself, a statement, one that places the Kingdom at the table of global design conversation. For ZAZA MAIZON, to be invited into that conversation, and to present the Vitturi Chair alongside a select group of Italian designers, was a moment that spoke to something larger than a single exhibition.

What made it meaningful was the encounter: Saudi design thinking meeting Italian craftsmanship, not as student and master, but as two traditions in dialogue. The feedback, the exchanges with designers and partners, the visit of His Highness Prince Eng. Nawaf bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf; all of it confirmed that Saudi creative work no longer needs to explain its right to be in the room. It is there to contribute.

Moments like these are how a creative economy grows: not through declarations, but through showing up, building relationships, and letting the work speak for itself. That is the contribution we hope to make, quietly, consistently, and with a standard of quality that makes Saudi design impossible to overlook.
