Downtown Design Riyadh has positioned itself as one of the most innovative platforms in the Middle East's furniture industry. Held in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, it is not simply an exhibition, it is a signal. A signal that Riyadh is no longer just a market for design; it is a place where design is being authored, launched, and sent outward.

For ZAZA MAIZON, this edition marks a founding moment. We are not only participating we are launching. Our exclusive Saudi-Italian brand makes its public debut here, unveiling a 1-of-1 collection of high-end, bespoke pieces by Abdulaziz K. Al Tayyash, presented alongside a curated selection from our distinguished partner Zieta Studio.

Launching a brand at this level, on this stage, is a statement of intent. It says that Saudi design is ready not only to occupy space in international conversations, but to initiate them. The collaboration with Zieta Studio, a Polish studio known for pushing the boundaries of metal form and technology, underscores the point: this is design that refuses to be defined by geography. It is built on partnership, precision, and an insistence on the exceptional.

This is how creative economies are built: not in abstraction, but in specific acts a brand launched, a collection unveiled, a partnership forged across continents. With every such step, the vision of a Kingdom that creates, exports, and leads culturally moves from blueprint to reality. That is the contribution we intend to make.
